Assumption of Risk:

We fulfill every order by shipping a healthy plant from our location in Southern California. You, the Buyer, are assuming the risk of damage or death to that plant which may occur during transit to you (wherever you may be).

Disclaimer:

Succulent plants are delicate living creatures, and while we take every precaution to protect them properly, and to ship them to you promptly, we cannot control every variable in the delivery process.

Satisfaction:

We want you to be a happy, satisfied customer that returns to purchase more plants and refers us to your friends and succulent community members. Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, notify us immediately upon unboxing your plants and we will make best efforts at resolving your concerns.

Appearance:

Plants change their appearance as the seasons and weather change. Not every plant is identical. The plant you purchase may not look exactly like the specimen in the picture on our site.

Care:

You, the Buyer, are fully responsible for the future care and condition of the plants you purchase. We, the Seller, make no promises or guarantees to you about the future viability of each plant, nor do we make any representation to you about how to care for the plants you purchase. In other words, once you purchase our plants, their life is in your hands.
